About the product
PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe has a five-layer structure: inner and outer layers of cross-linked polyethylene (PE-X) bonded to a middle aluminium pipe via adhesive layers. The aluminium layer provides a complete oxygen barrier and dimensional stability, and lets the pipe bend and hold its shape without springing back, while the plastic layers deliver corrosion resistance and a long service life. It is widely used for domestic hot and cold water, heating and underfloor-heating systems, and gas distribution, conforming to the EN ISO 15875 multilayer-pipe standard.

Highlight: pre-fitted red/blue twin-colour insulation
To meet freeze-protection needs for pipelines in cold regions, the PEX-AL-PEX dispatched to Uzbekistan in this shipment comes pre-fitted with an insulated jacket built in three layers — a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) outer shell, a polyurethane (PU) foam insulation layer and the aluminium-plastic composite pipe. It has low thermal conductivity and excellent insulation performance, resists low temperatures and freeze-cracking, and is rated for environments down to -40°C. The outer jacket is colour-coded red and blue — red for the hot-water / heating flow circuit and blue for the return — so the two are instantly distinguishable during installation and maintenance, making laying the pipe quick and easy. Insulation thickness is available in 7 mm and 9 mm, a close match for heating and water-supply lines in the cold Central Asian winter.

Why delivered in batches
An order of roughly 700,000 metres is shipped in stages rather than all at once. This lets the customer receive material in line with actual on-site progress, reducing the warehousing pressure and capital tied up in a single large delivery, and matching each batch to the construction schedule. All batches will be delivered within two months.
