SANLI PIPE is based in Diankou Town, Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province — an integrated manufacturer and exporter of plastic pipes, fittings and brass components with in-house R&D. Around 20 extrusion and injection lines cover 43 SKUs: underfloor-heating pipe, PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe, PP-R hot and cold water pipe, brass press and compression fittings, manifolds, valves and smart thermostats.

Markets we serve

We focus on Russia, Central Asia and the CIS — Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. District-heating tradition, heating seasons up to six months, legacy-network retrofits and local water conditions define our requirements for temperature, pressure, oxygen barrier and service life, rather than selling one generic product everywhere.

Quality system and certification

The factory holds ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment) and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety) certification, and products carry SKZ, CE and EAC / TR CU certificates for the customs union. Outgoing inspection covers hydrostatic pressure, ring stiffness, peel strength and dimensional stability; retained samples and test reports exist for every batch, and certificate numbers can be verified in public registers.

Brands and OEM

Our brands are AROUNDWAR (heating circuits), SAPUER (multilayer and PEX-AL-PEX pipe) and SANEPER (PP-R and fittings). Alongside them we run OEM production for importers and regional brands: custom pigments and layer structure, printing and coil length, labels and packaging, instruction language and the matching certificate package.
